d) We have a qualified Teacher and Clinical Psychologist who are in the Trustee board to offer their services to the charity.

Guideline for Medical Assistance:
Medical Assistance will be provided to deserving hospitalized people.
Eligibility for claiming Medical Assistance:
1)Beneficiary not having any type of medical insurance.
2)Total income of the immediate family members not exceeding more than 5 lakhs.
3)The assistance is for hospitalization.
Quantum of fund and its release will be based on Fund availability and Budgetary provision and on approval by the majority of the Trustees.
The application should be prepared in the prescribed form with supporting documents to Sreebhavan Charitable Trust’s registered e-mail.
Guideline for Educational Assistance:
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE SCHEME-2022-2023:
It is proposed to provide Educational Assistance to needy and deserving
candidates.
Notice will be sent through email to all trustees and members attaching the
prescribed application form for applying. The application should be vetted by any
of the trustee / member. The scanned copy of application can be sent to the
secretary through email before 30 th June 2022.
The list of the candidates will be circulated to all Trustees. Eligible students will be
short listed and finalized in next trustee meeting.
The approved candidate’s educational assistance amount will be transferred to
the parent’s bank account within 30 days of approval.
Eligibility for Educational Assistance:
i) Only students studying from standard 1-10 in government recognized schools are
eligible to apply.
ii) Parents combined income in shall not exceed 5Lakhs. A self declaration
shall be given as a part of application. Parents ID proof and bank details to
be submitted.
iii) Candidates applying need to be students who cleared (passed) all the
exams during the academic year 20-21. Marks Card/Grade card to be
provided for proof.
Guideline for Financial Assistance:
A regular monthly financial assistance will be provided to the rightful recipient. This aid is capitalized separately and will be donated to needy after reviewing the eligibility.
Eligibility of a Beneficiary:
The Receiver / Beneficiary, must satisfy one of the below mentioned category and in addition must have an income below 5 lakhs.
i) Beneficiary shall be above 60 years of age.
ii) Unable to work due to health problem or is differently abled.
iii) Mentally unstable.
A Life Certification has to be provided once in every 5 years either by the beneficiary or by close relative that is attested by any one of the trustees.
The assistance money transfer will be carried out digitally to beneficiary’s account.
How to apply for a beneficiary:
A request letter from the beneficiary or close relative (family / friends) along with the following documents needs to be submitted to the Trustee office:
1) Aadhaar card of the beneficiary.
2) Bank details of the beneficiary.
3) Cancelled cheque.
Post submission of the above documents, the Evaluation sheet describing the reason and history for consideration of being an eligible beneficiary to be recorded and final decision (approval / denial) should be duly signed by President and the Secretary.
